Joel Wilson is EPractice Works' founder and senior partner. Wilson's background and education includes a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and over twenty-five years of healthcare information technology experience. For six of these years Wilson served as the Director of Information Systems for Newton Memorial Hospital, managing all aspects of a multi-million dollar operation and cultivating a robust portfolio of integrated applications and technologies. Wilson has spent the last ten years providing physician practices and other healthcare providers with information technology and management services.

Barbara Doughty RN, CPC joined EPractice Works in 2004, as a partner and implementation project manager specialist. Barbara trained as an RN in New Zealand, and has worked in healthcare business management for the past 17 years. She was a founding partner of Karyl Professional Associates, a medical billing and practice management consulting company, in 1988, and became practice manager of Women's Health Care Associates in 1995. Barbara left the position of Director of Physician Practice Operations with Pocono Health System to join epractice works

eBilling Works is a responsive, service-focused company with expert professional staff, providing accountable, best-practices billing, staff training, quality assurance audits, coding and compliance experience, A/R and other management report analysis.

We maintain membership with American Academy of Professional Coders and Medical Group Management Association, and current staff certifications include Registered Nurse, Certified Professional Coder and NextGen Certified EPM and EMR Professionals.
